JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the buildout phase of datacentres. You manage the project and ensure that projects are delivered in time and within budget. You interact with customers and partners/suppliers. You identify possibilities to increase revenue and decrease Ready for Service date. ICTroom highly values satisfied customers; this is a key priority. The Senior Project Manager reports to the Head of Operations (based in Amsterdam).
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven knowledge of Data Centres (Construction, Mechanical and Electrical)
- Certified Project Manager (e.g. , IPMA B/C, PRINCE 2)
- Relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with budget responsibility
- Commercial driven and relational mind-set
- Born leader, strong persuading communicator
- Able to drive and motivate the project team
- Based in Germany
